Special composition waxes are added to mineral construction materials (e.g. plasterboard, wall panels containing plaster or cement, etc.).

• hydrophobic treatment using chemical and physical processes
  • the polar groups they contain have a high affinity (adhesion, bond) to minerals and other polar materials/construction materials
  • the hydrocarbon basic structures have a highly water-repellent effect
